Indian Summer

So exhausted. I’ll have to do some actual blogging on Monday. Last night I was pulled out of my warm bed to go take care of someone who was pretty bad off. Such a long night. Today I was really pleased that I was able, in spite of the tiredness and stress, to stay at my calorie count, plus do my exercise.

The weather today was picture perfect at around 54 with constant sun. I didn’t even wear a sweater to go walking. The whole rest of the week it’s going to bounce between 54 and 59 with lots of sun. My plan this week is talk walk 4 miles in the morning and 4 at night, easy, slow miles. I want to take complete advantage of this beautiful weather.

*Calories: about 1390 (going to go log them in now.)
*Exercise: 8 1/4 miles, good for the soul. I ran 4 minutes, 3 of the minutes straight, with no shortness of breath. I was so shocked by that. It felt effortless.
