I got nothing to report. No losses for me. I’m getting better and better though! Actually my weight dropped down by a couple of pounds a few days ago and I thought I’d be able to report a nice loss, but alas, it was water weight, so nada. I’m encouraged even by that though. Usually I see those “dips” when I’m about to lose. It means something is happening, that I’m doing SOMETHING right!
I KNOW I’m going to show a loss for next wednesday. I’ve been walking every day and doing yoga 2 days a week on top of it, I’m eating well about half of each week. My goal for this week is to come in at no more than 1400-1500 calories EVERY single day and to exercise every single day as well.
My husband is leaving for 3 weeks of work at his actual office, in Seattle. I get to stay home! I always do really well when I’m here at home and able to focus on just me and my weight loss and my writing work. So while I’ll really, really miss him, I’m looking forward to the opportunity to dig in and be serious.
And I’m sooo glad I don’t have to go to Seattle, where it’s raining non-stop every day now and the skies are grey and overcast. I’d like to see my family, of course, but I’d much rather wait until around February when the weather starts to be nicer.
Got to take hubby to the airport now!
