Eye Doctor for strong glasses so I can read without a magnifying glass (!), cook two meals, clean up SOME of the house, grocery shopping, phone calls to make appointments and the day is gone. I did about 2 sentences of writing today. Not a good day. And the calories and exercise? Out the window.
Oh well, there’s always tomorrow.
*Exercise: Nada. Freezing, windy day, in the car much of the day. Not a great fitness day overall. DON’T think I’ll lose even a 1/4 of an ounce this week. At this point, I’d like to not gain. That would be lovely.
