40 Pounds lost and a size 18: (I’m wearing my size 20 jeans in this photo yesterday because I wanted something lose to hike it. They’re pretty big on the legs! You can see how sweaty my back is after climbing to the top of Mount Peak!! I look mad in my front-facing picture but I was just exhausted…seriously wiped out.)

Congratulations on the progress. Love your blog layout (I think we use the same theme. Where was your banner picture taken?)

  2. Hi Kyree,
Thanks on both sweet comments. My banner picture was taken at my favorite place in the whole world, Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM where Georgia O’Keeffe lived and painted for the last 40+ years of her life. It’s now a retreat owned by the Presbyterian church but they let the public stay anytime! I live 2 hours away so I go frequently to hike, paint, stay for days and just think…and take thousands of pictures!

Nice progress! You look so much better and I know you feel better too. By the way, you picked a lovely setting for your 40 pounds lost progress photos. 🙂
