Ground Turkey Chilli

I made a scrumptious dinner tonight.  Our tastebuds are still a-tingling.  First, I made Turkey Chilli with Jenny-O’s ground turkey so it’s nice and lean.

Low fat Ground Turkey Chilli

1.20 pounds of Jenny-O (cook with a little water so it won’t stick to pan, then add rest of ing.)

3 cans of low sodium diced tomatoes

1 can corn

2 c. black beans, cooked

1 c. salsa

1/2 c. salsa verde (green)

1 T. garlic powder, Cumin and Onion powder

1/4 cup of mild chilli powder

No Sugar Chocolate Pudding

Second, I made sugar free Jello Chocolate pudding with sugar free whipped cream topping.
