A couple of new foods have made their way into my pantry. I’m doing the brown rice and wheat pasta thing. I noticed that this pasta is 54% wheat…I wonder if that’s normal for wheat pasta? If you know if there’s something healthier, please let me know in the comments.
I’ve heard that if you just don’t like wheat pasta, don’t give up, try other brands. In the past, I’ve tried a couple that were really funky, we just didn’t like them, but I was able to find wheat pastas that I felt were really good. Now, of course, I can’t remember which they are!
